AMD's CDNA 4 generation. 256 compute units on a TSMC 3nm 3D-chiplet die, 288 GB HBM3E at 8 TB/s, 1400 W TBP, native FP4/FP6/FP8 matrix paths. Direct-liquid-cooled OAM (AMD also lists an air-cooled option) positioned against NVIDIA Blackwell at the rack level.

No longer AMD's top Instinct part: on 2026-07-23 AMD launched the MI400-series MI455X (CDNA 5, 432 GB of HBM4 at 23.3 TB/s) and its Helios rack of 72 MI455X GPUs, which AMD says is in production.
